PARKS
Who is eligible to use Woodbury's parks?

Anyone who resides year round in the Town of Woodbury is eligible to use the parks. Each resident must obtain a Park Pass and show proof of year round residency by providing a deed to a home or a tax bill along with photo ID with proof of address. Also, a voter registration card may be used to prove residency. Renters must provide three months rent receipts and utility bills along with photo ID with proof of address. Any questions can be directed to the Parks Office.

Where are the parks located?

The entrance to the Central Valley Pond is located on Dunderburg Road in Central Valley. Earl Reservoir is located off Schunnemunk Road in Highland Mills.

Where is the Parks Office located?

The Woodbury Parks Office is located at Town Hall on Route 32 in Highland Mills. It can be found to the right of the main entrance of Town Hall.

How do I get a Park Pass, and how much do they cost?

Park Passes are issued from April to September. Proof of residency can be brought into the Parks Office and photo Park Passes will be issued while you wait.  Park Passes are required for family members 14 years of age and older. Park Pass fees for the 2008 season are to be determined.
Can guests be brought into the parks?

Each resident household is given five free guest passes and is allowed to purchase 20 additional passes at a cost of $5.00 each. The adult resident must sign their guests into the facility, and accompany them at all times while at the parks.
Are there areas reserved for barbecues?

The Central Valley Pond has several small stone grills available for barbecuing. Earl Reservoir has several grills located inside the pavillion.
